Applicants should have on hand the following in order to complete the registration process:

Payment
The conference fees include registration, 3 nights of accommodation (September 18 to September 21, 2025), transportation from Winnipeg to Wasagaming and back, and meals during the conference period. Due to minimum booking requirement for the conference, alternate arrangements for accommodation are not permitted.
Total conference fee (subject to GST):

$ 1,000.00 - Shared Occupancy (maximum two per room)
The registration link will guide you to a form where you will be asked to upload your abstract, your picture, and other required information. Once you have completed the form, an automated e-mail will follow from info@cgsypc2025.ca.
