Creating connections and professional development opportunities for early-career professionals in our community is critical for life-long learning of the individuals and continuity of the profession. The CGS YPC is an excellent event to foster both. This triennial conference is planned and executed by volunteers who are early-career professionals themselves. Funding is the primary limitation for the quality of the conference programming we can offer to our delegates.
